Chapter Two: A Date
Alice’s POV
When the movie was over, dozen of people filed out of the movie house. I saw that boy again. Wearing gray trousers, a white shirt, plaid button down and a hat. “Ma’am,” he said to me. I turned around.
“Yes?” I asked.
“My name is Edward, what’s yours?” he asked.
“Alice,” I say, brushing my hair out of my face.
“Well, Alice would you like to go out with me?” he said, tipping his hat again.
“I don’t even know you,” my hair fell in my face again. I turn to walk away.
He comes in front of me. “You do know me, I’m Edward Masen, I’m seventeen years old, and I love to play baseball, swim and a bunch of other things,”
“Like what?”
“How about you find out, over dinner?” he said.
“Fine,” I say, smiling slightly.
“Thank you, ma’am,” he said, and dug in his pocket and pulled out a piece of paper, and a white flower. He put the flower in my hair and handed me the piece of paper.
“Call me,” he pinched my cheek and walked away whistling.
“Alice!” Rosalie and Emmett yelled. ”Get your ass down here!” They exclaimed laughing.
